Soaring Heights Schools focuses on increasing academic performance, socialization, communication, and vocational skills to allow our students to become active and productive members of the community.
Soaring Heights Schools (SHS) are approved Private Academic Schools licensed throughout the state of Pennsylvania for grades K-12.
We offer programs based on proven, best practices of data-based research, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis which combines educational and behavioral domains to provide an intensive school program that enhances the learning of children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or identified with Emotional Disturbance.
SHS utilizes a variety of evidence-based, supported instructional and behavioral techniques to focus on increasing academic performance, socialization, communication and vocational skills. Additionally, we offer a trauma focused approach to our students who have experienced a traumatic life event. Our primary goal is to increase independence for our students so that they may be reintegrated into the least restrictive, natural environment that meets their individual needs, and become active and productive members of the community.
