Soaring Heights School staff participated in the 12th annual Autism Speaks Walk at the People’s Natural Gas Field in Altoona, PA on Sunday, October 6, 2019.
The Soaring Heights School State College Campus staff helped to raise funds for the Autism Speaks Walk Fundraiser over the past year through various fundraising programs around the community. They assisted with set up, organization and clean up after the program to ensure a smooth event. All proceeds from the fundraiser go to aiding Autism Research and providing help for local families experiencing the joys and challenges of a child with autism spectrum disorder.
